Podere La Montalla is inserted within the farm, in the middle of fields planted with vines and olive trees with spectacular views of the Val d’Orcia. Converted in 1500, built of stone, expanded in the early 1900s and later in 1963; restructuring purposes agritourism dates back to 1995 and consists of 5 bedrooms each with bathroom and shower, heating, common room with wood stove and kitchen. 1 triple room, also aimed at people with disabilities. The others are doubles. Service B & B (bed and breakfast) or ability to use them as an apartment for groups up to 11 people. On the first floor there are 1 double and 2 apartments. These are formed either of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, large living room with kitchenette and fireplace. The building is located about 500 m from the village of Contignano and 100 meters from the main road. 6×12 private pool.
